I help you to create a different thought pattern that helps you to overcome anxiety and fear and give you the courage to live life without hesitation. Together we will explore unhealthy thought patterns that create irrational and negative thoughts that trigger anxiety.
We will also uncover other triggers to your anxiety that are in your environment like people, places, and situations. I will help you understand why you have developed your current thought process and how to overcome a way of thinking you have been stuck in for a very long time.
